Our mission is to educate residents who reside in low income communities in effectively forming their tenant association so that they can protect their rights as tenants. We do this before the property of their community is labeled for sale. We intend for all low income housing communities to have their tenant association in place while they reside in the community they live in.
About Us
TOPA We Work For You was founded in 2020 and made into a corporation in 2022. TOPA We Work For You has assisted over thirteen properties in forming their Tenant Association who reside in low income housing. The work we’ve done has helped tenants purchase their first property, such as townhomes, condos, and single family homes; all through buyouts from investors. We’ve also worked in keeping families in place who chose to stay in their community.
